Ok, Class!

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

Well, the week started off very busy, but all good!
I have one of the new Sweethearts to show you! This is Rebecka, doesn't she make an adorable teacher! Today is TIOT (Try It Out Tuesday) over @ Susana's Custom Art and Card Design store blog, Follow Your Heart! If you would like to play along, there's a prize to be had, because this sketch is the monthly sketch over at Susana's PCP group page! When you've made your fabulous card, simply upload it to the PCP gallery with the tag-scacdjune and at the end of the month a winner will be announced! How cool is that?!
So, back to Rebecka...I used SU! DSP's in celery and almost amethyst, I'm really likin' this combo. A little paper pieced skirt and matching SU! markers completed the coloring. I used a white gel pen for the faux stitching! And can you tell I'm having fun with the 'out of the box' technique when cutting out my images?! It's a phase!
Here's some other challenges this creation falls into; Three Clover Thursday challenge to use paper piecing and Crafty Creations challenge to use purple! That's it for this one!

I also wanted to let you know there are some awesome bargains over at the SCACD store! 50% off on some products!!! Just hop over to the store and click on SPECIALS! And new products are arriving all the time...like the new Pink Cat Studio's Sporty Billy! How about Smooch or exclusive Victoria Case stamps? And all the new Anki's Sweethearts, of course! There's just so much fun going on over there, be sure to check it out! I do! Often! lol

Many blessings to you!
