Today is promising cooler temps & low humidity, it will be nice to take a break from the air conditioning!

I have another 'back to basics' kinda of project to share today!  I know too many of you have your Cricuts tucked away somewhere gathering dust, so I thought I would encourage you to drag them out and have a bit of fun.

I enjoy buying new stash, I enjoy it very much, but I also have this innate desire to use what I have on hand!

So, here's an easy peasy way to make a banner if you don't want to buy separate dies.   If you already have a star die, Cricut (I cut a 4 inch star) or hand draw one with a pencil & ruler!   They do NOT need to be perfect!!!

how fun is that? easy too!  How do you like my tutorial?   lol  Clean & Simple, huh?

Life has been crazy...all good, but crazy!

Digital Tuesday Challenge & My Ten on Tuesday!

Happy Tuesday!

Whoa, when did Tuesday get here?  It was late last night when I realized it was Monday night...Mon night means the next day is Tuesday...and Tuesday means Digital Tuesday Challenge day!!   So, talk about a speedy peedy card, woo!  I'm normally much more organized than this! lol  Let's blame it on the lazy days of summer!

I choose one of my favorite scriptures for this one.  Everyday we pray Psalm 91 over our family!  The kids even have the entire chapter memorized from saying it so often...I love that!

I will say of the Lord, 

He is my refuge and my fortress, 

my God in whom I will trust...Ps 91:2
