I think the clouds are a Papertrey Ink die,
I rec'd them from Pat @ Stamp, Paper & Ink!
The little puffs of exhaust from the truck are actually the top poof of a birthday hat from the Paper Smooches Party Posse stamp set. too fun!
This is my second variation of this sketch...CAS all the way!
